Service Manager

MAIN DUTIES:

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, you will ;

- Follow-up on departmental objectives;
- Ensure outstanding customer service and maximize visibility in order to attract new customers;
- Know and apply the terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranties and policies;
- Maintain a high quality repair service;
- Handle customer complaints promptly as directed by senior management;
- Ensure employee performance through appropriate reporting;
- Ability to manage multiple incoming and outgoing vehicles;
- Manage a small team of mechanics, technical advisor and parts clerk manager;
- Perform any other tasks required for this position.

PROFILE:

Autonomous, resourceful and enthusiastic, customer-oriented, comfortable with numbers and computers, team player and results-oriented, used to working to objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in a similar position in personnel management;
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365;
- Class 5 driver's license (license validity will be verified prior to hiring);
- Knowledge of the SERTI computer system (an asset);
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Full-time position - 40 to 50 hours per week (annual salary);
- NO evenings, NO weekends;
- Compensation commensurate with experience;
- Ongoing training offered by the manufacturer.
