Parts Clerk

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Parts Clerk.

At Montréal Mitsubishi in Lasalle, you'll be surrounded by a dynamic, hard-working team!

Do you want to be a key player in the service team? Are you dynamic and do you like serving customers?

This role is one of the most important for the quality of after-sales service we want to offer our customers. You'll be part of the team greeting customers, gathering information to identify maintenance and/or repair needs for their vehicle.

If you have a commercial bent, this position is also for you, since your role will also be to propose maintenance services to customers, and you'll be responsible for organizing the work schedule while ensuring the quality of customer service.

What you need for this position:

- A good knowledge of mechanics;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Be patient, calm and a good team player;
- At least 2 years of experience in a service position;
- Computer skills, knowledge of SERTI software (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence.
