Service Advisor

We're recruiting a passionate Service Advisor to join our brand-new Ford dealership, in a warm, family atmosphere. If you enjoy working in a dynamic team and are motivated by customer service, this is the opportunity for you!

Your tasks:

- Welcome customers with professionalism and friendliness
- Ensure the technical appraisal of vehicles, guaranteeing fast, high-quality service.
- Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Draw up clear, transparent quotations, explaining non-warranty costs
- Monitor after-sales service and guarantee an excellent level of customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure comprehensive, personalized service

Your profile:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Well-groomed presentation and excellent communication skills
- Sense of service and ability to work as part of a team
- Organized and rigorous in managing customer files
- Sales experience and ability to advise and guide customers
- Transparency and ethics in explaining charges
