Our Laval dealership is looking for a candidate to fill an Internal Service Advisor position in the service department.

You won't be disappointed! Tasks:
- Label stored tires for delivery PDIs and courtesy vehicles;
- Open internal work orders for new and used vehicles (VCI, delivery, PDI, etc.);
- Participate in closing and opening repair orders according to standards;
- Subcontracting (starter, tag, tinted windows, protex). The company concerned must be contacted;
- Follow up on remote starter key orders and call back customers when received to schedule an appointment;
- Place special orders with suppliers for the purchase and installation of additional items sold to customers;
- Respond to appointment requests from service customers in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, taking messages for the service team as instructed;
- Present oneself in a professional manner and maintain an orderly workstation;
- Participate in scheduling the first appointment after delivery of the new vehicle;
- During tire season, excess appointments will be made between the appointment booker and the in-house advisor;
- Share information between advisors and work in parallel together. Naturally, during absences, vacations, etc., one replaces the other. One replaces the other;
- Perform other tasks as required and as directed by management;
- Responsible for the distribution of the aesthetics department.
