Customer Service Agent

Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada's only national retailer AND distributor of automotive accessories. Headquartered in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 44 stores and several distribution centers across the country. A 100% Canadian company, we are celebrating our 45th anniversary this year.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service / Sales Support Agent to join our Candiac team.

We're growing fast! Our Customer Service / Sales Support Agents play a key role in our success. Here, you're not “just” an Agent; you're a team member helping us achieve our goals!

Responsibilities:

- Provide the best customer experience;
- Support the sales team;
- Enter orders;
- Manage return requests;
- Follow-up on deliveries;
- Actively participate in the company's growth by performing related tasks.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Bilingualism (French / English);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Team spirit;
- Thoroughness, rigor and sense of responsibility;
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
