CHIEF ENGINEER, INTERMEDIATE

Horseshoe Bay

We are currently seeking applications from individuals interested in being considered for the Shipboard Management position of Chief Engineer, Intermediate at Horseshoe Bay.

The successful applicant is a passionate, innovative engineer who brings the technical, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as the experience required for safe and efficient management and operation of the ship's machinery and equipment. You will be committed to the Company's vision and values including safety, exceeding customer expectations and performance efficiency. Your experience will include proficiency with relevant operating systems and a demonstrated knowledge in safe work practices, leadership & development of employees and an understanding of financial and budget processes.

Interested employees holding a Transport Canada Second Class Motor certification or higher may be considered for this opportunity based on meeting the qualifications, experience and suitability requirements determined by the Company.

Additional information

The target salary range: $131,700 to $146,300 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate's knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
