We're looking for a Service Manager for our dealership in Ville LaSalle.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee and coordinate all after-sales service operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer;
- Motivate and coach a team of technicians and advisors, while cultivating a positive and productive environment;
- Analyze service performance and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with industry quality and safety standards, through rigorous monitoring of processes;
- Build strong relationships with customers by proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive sector;
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining customer-focused;
- Knowledge of service management systems and modern automotive technologies;
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to optimize service performance.
