Parts Sales Advisor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused RV Parts Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with selecting and purchasing parts for their recreational vehicles (RVs), ensuring they receive expert advice, exceptional service, and the right products to meet their needs. Your role will also involve maintaining inventory, parts store presentation, processing sales transactions, and building strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

This is a permanent, full-time Parts Sales Advisor position at our Bedford, NS dealership.

What You'll Be Doing:

 

• Sales & Upselling: Assist customers in selecting parts, equipment, and accessories that perfectly meet their RV needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales where appropriate.
• Inventory Management: Ensure our stock levels are optimized by managing inventory, placing timely orders, and making sure products are properly stocked and displayed.
• Order Processing: Provide efficient and accurate order processing, handling transactions, and ensuring timely delivery or pick-up of parts to satisfy customer needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay on top of the latest RV parts, accessories, and industry trends, providing expert advice to customers and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

What We're Looking for in You:

 

• Customer-Centric: You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for every customer.
• Parts and Sales Oriented: Previous experience in Sales or RV/Auto parts and or a related field is preferred.
• Team Player: You work well in a collaborative environment and are always willing to help out.
• Passionate About the Outdoors: Your love for RVing and the outdoors is a natural fit for this role.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn our ordering systems quickly.
• Flexible Availability: You're open to working rotating shifts and weekends (Monday-Saturday) to meet our customers' needs.

Wage range -$18- $20 per hour depending on experience.
