Parts Clerk

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Auto Parts Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and stocking our tire inventory, as well as assisting in the preparation of orders for our customers. The position requires excellent organization, good stock management and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the warehousing of customer tires, ensuring proper storage, identification and accessibility.
- Receive, quality control and label tires, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep inventory up to date, using computerized stock management tools.
- Carry out regular checks of stock levels and report any anomalies.
- Work closely with the sales team and technicians to ensure optimal product management.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in other related tasks as required by the department.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in automotive or parts warehousing.
- Good knowledge of tires and related products is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good physical condition (manual work and handling of heavy loads).
- Basic computer skills (Serti inventory management software an asset, etc.).
- Team spirit, proactivity and sense of responsibility.
