Our dealership, St-Jérôme Chevrolet, ranked as the second-best seller in Quebec, is looking for an experienced Service / Fixed Operations Manager who has successfully handled major responsibilities in their daily work to complete our team. We delivered over 2,700 vehicles in 2024 : an impressive achievement!

Reporting to the General Manager, the selected individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

- With 20 mechanical bays in our workshop, the candidate must maintain high-quality repair services and reduce returns to the workshop by being actively present on the floor with the team;
- Conduct occasional inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy and quality;
- Ensure workplace health and safety by enforcing applicable laws;
- Manage warranty claims to ensure compliance with warranty policies;
- Establish pricing standards for fixed operations and recommend them to management;
- Assess hiring needs, recruit, and train staff under their supervision;
- Hold regular team meetings;
- Manage work schedules efficiently to maintain controlled service levels;
- Foster a positive environment with the advisor team to build strong customer relationships, ensuring client loyalty and gathering referrals for potential customers;
- Oversee a customer satisfaction control system;
- Handle customer complaints promptly according to dealership procedures.
