Responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of the Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for representing the dealership to clients and meeting sales objectives. Specifically, they must:

- Greet customers in the dealership and build a trust-based relationship to identify their needs.
- Present and advise customers on new Hyundai vehicles, highlighting their features, advantages, and technologies.
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Negotiate and close sales while providing exceptional customer service.
- Explain financing and leasing options in collaboration with the finance department.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with potential and existing customers to encourage loyalty.
- Stay updated on Hyundai models, current promotions, and market trends.
- Use the Activix CRM system to track clients and sales.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership.
