Accountant Technician Wanted!

Since opening in June 2024, we value a collaborative and friendly work environment where each team member contributes to the success of the business. In this spirit, we are looking for a meticulous and proactive accountant technician to join our team.

Here is the description of your future RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Account for sales files
- Manage accounts receivable and payable (billing, payments, follow-ups)
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare and submit tax reports (GST/QST)
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient financial management
- Perform any other related accounting tasks

Here are the SKILLS and QUALITIES we are looking for:

- Degree in accounting or a related field
- Experience in the automotive industry (required)
- Proficiency in the SERTI/MERLIN software and Microsoft Office suite (required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail, rigor, and autonomy
- Ability to work independently
