Your main responsibilities:
- Effectively and profitably supervise the service department
- Set performance objectives with management and implement the necessary actions to achieve them
- Identify and apply strategies for continuous improvement in service quality, productivity, and profitability
- Ensure the update of service packages based on the evolution of product and parts prices
- Manage workflow and maintain smooth communication between advisors, technicians, and car washers
- Monitor technician performance and optimize the efficiency of service advisors
- Promote a harmonious team spirit among all departments within the dealership
- Implement initiatives to retain our customers
- Maintain an accurate record of technicians' technical training
- Find effective solutions to address customer concerns
- Prepare and update the required reports
Your profile:
- You have relevant experience of 5 years as a Service Manager, Parts Manager, Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, or Automotive Technician
- You are known for your teamwork skills and motivating leadership
