Tasks:
- Call web customers;
- Make appointments for sales;
- Follow up on WEB requests;
- Serve customers by CHAT;
- Make telephone / WEB solicitations;
- Provide good customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call center or automotive dealership environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage phone calls and emails;
- Customer satisfaction oriented and able to provide quality service;
- Good sales knowledge.
