Main responsibilities:

- Participate in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in collaboration with the controller;
- Record sales transactions (new, used, wholesale, trade-ins);
- Manage accounts payable and receivable;
- Perform monthly remittances;
- Conduct bank and financing reconciliations;
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership through effective financial management;
- Assist the controller with various accounting tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Degree in finance or accounting;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or financial management role;
- Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel;
- Knowledge of the Serti software (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Experience in the automotive industry;
- Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- Ability to work independently;
- Leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
