Job description
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!
Job description:
- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare next day's appointments and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
- Take calls and make appointments
- Follow up on parts on order
- Understand how to apply the manufacturer's warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans
- Make extended warranty requests
- Manage several computer platforms.
Candidates with experience in all types of positions in the automotive industry are welcome.
Job requirements:
- Experience in the automotive industry (any type of position);
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).
- We offer permanent employment with a 5-day week (Monday to Friday), no weekends.

Salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year.
