Read on! As part of your duties, you will have to:

- Greet customers at the counter;
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate ongoing commitment to the customers and their vehicle's needs;
- Open work orders according to the customer's needs and the vehicle's mechanical problems;
- Close and review repair orders with customers;
- Estimate the cost and time for service and repair needs;
- Schedule service and repair appointments;
- Perform any other related task.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience and is bilingual (ASSETS). Knowledge of CoStar system is an asset.
