Sales Representative - New and Pre-Owned Vehicles

Chambly Mazda, a family-owned company, is looking for New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representatives.

Although experience and/or training are good assets, they are not necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and contact potential new customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Effectively present and promote Mazda vehicles and related services.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions, highlighting the specific advantages of Mazda products.
- Negotiate and conclude sales contracts in compliance with company policies and standards.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive/retail sales (A STRENGTH)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
- Good command of IT tools and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and personal vehicle.
