Job description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Secretary to join our dynamic team. If you are organized, autonomous, resourceful, and detail-oriented, this position is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage vehicle inventory
- Prepare sales contracts
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Handle the administrative delivery of sold vehicles
- Register sold vehicles and manage license plate registrations
- File invoices and sales records
- Work closely with the Operations Director and Sales Director on administrative tasks
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests
Desired profile:
- Experience as a Secretary or in a similar role
- Strong professional etiquette
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset)
- Knowledge of Serti and Activix software (an asset)
- Attention to detail and precision in data and records management
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is essential
