Longueuil Kia is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to provide an exceptional customer experience when handing over new and pre-owned vehicles. If you are dynamic, organized, and passionate about customer service, this position is for you!

- Annual salary between $50,000 and $60,000, based on experience

Your Responsibilities:

- Prepare vehicles before delivery to customers
- Welcome customers and provide a memorable delivery experience
- Explain vehicle features and technology in detail
- Ensure all delivery documents are complete and compliant
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent post-delivery service
- Work closely with the sales and service teams for seamless coordination
- Perform any other related tasks to ensure customer satisfaction

Desired Profile:

- Experience in customer service or a similar role (an asset)
- Strong interest in automobiles and new technologies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver a personalized service
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
