Job description
Join our after-sales service team.
Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the Service Advisor welcomes customers and gathers the necessary information to identify and define their vehicle’s repair and maintenance needs. They also recommend appropriate maintenance services and schedule the work while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review the repair history of customer vehicles the day before
- Warmly welcome customers upon arrival and gather necessary vehicle information
- Recommend appropriate products and maintenance services for the customer's vehicle
- Plan the work schedule for service execution
- Open and close work orders
- Follow up with customers on the progress of their vehicle’s service
- Explain the completed work to the customer and proceed with invoicing
- Schedule the customer’s next appointment
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM.

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanics
- Professional, calm, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask, structured and organized approach
- Strong sense of priorities
- Computer skills (knowledge of SDS and Serti software is an asset)
