Come grow with us...North American Stamping looking to hire. We are looking for s Sr. IT Analyst to join our team! Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The Senior IT Analyst provides advanced technical support, leads IT projects, and resolves complex IT issues. This role ensures seamless IT operations, coordinates with stakeholders for system implementations, and mentors junior staff to build team expertise.
The position duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and resolve high-priority incidents using Jira ticketing system, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Provide end-user support for devices, including Dell servers, desktops, bar code printers, 3D printers, tablets, and handheld scanners.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including Dell, Arista, and Ubiquiti network hardware (firewalls, switches, access points).
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets, ensuring proper tracking throughout their lifecycle.
- Work closely with IT team members and departments to implement projects and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with end-users, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance operations.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve IT service delivery and user experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.

Qualifications we are looking for include, but are not limited to:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with proven experience in IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, software applications, and excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
Work Experience:
- Minimum one to three years of I.T. project management experience preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environment with ERP systems preferred.
- Three+ years' experience in general support of hardware and networking environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and IT infrastructure issues.
- Strong experience with tools like Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and Microsoft Intune (including Autopilot).
- Skilled in managing technical projects, taking ownership, and driving them to successful completion.
