Car-On Auto Sales is Eastern Ontario's largest volume pre-owned dealership. With one of Ontario's largest on-the-ground inventory, we ensure our customers always find the vehicle they're looking for.
We are looking to add an exceptional individual to our senior management team. Reporting to the President, your role will be to provide support, coaching and mentoring to the entire team. We have "tried and tested" processes and we need to continue scaling those to meet our continued 20% annual growth. The ideal candidate understands the importance of delivering a consistent customer experience through systems and procedures and is comfortable working with KPIs and metrics. You will oversee our sales, service, customer experience as well and business development teams. You are comfortable developing, documenting, enhancing policies and procedures as well as enforcing those policies if needed. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple layers of staff with direct and indirect reports. You work well in a fast-paced environment and love to be challenged. This job is not a walk in the park, and if you think you know it all, you may not be a not a good fit as we thrive on innovation and implementing the latest industry best practices into our daily operations. Ideally, you've worked in the automotive retail industry, but strong leadership / management skills will trump automotive experience. This is an in-person 40+ hour per week role. We are a retail operation so evenings and Saturdays may be part of the mandate.
