Qualifications:
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of digital advertising operations OR proven experience in digital advertising operations.
- A passion for digital media and a willingness to learn about various advertising channels OR experience working with a variety of digital advertising channels (omni-channel).
- A basic understanding of data analysis and reporting (experience with tools like Google Analytics, BI Tools, or Excel is a plus!) OR proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI Tools, Excel).
- Familiarity with campaign management platforms (experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or Microsoft Ads is a bonus!) OR experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads).

The compensation range for this position is between $60,000 and $73,000 with an annual target bonus.
