Service Advisor

BMW West Island is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership;
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and preventive maintenance;
- Knowledge of CDK software, an asset;
- Excellent communication skills and good listening skills;
- Customer satisfaction oriented;
- Bilingual, in French and English.
