Your responsibilities, your path to success:
- Welcome customers and quickly build trust.
- Assist customers in choosing a vehicle by prioritizing their needs, asking the right questions, and actively listening.
- Clearly explain key product performance details, features, and benefits, as well as leasing and purchase options tailored to their needs.
- Understand equity and residual value concepts and be able to explain depreciation principles to customers, along with federal, provincial, and municipal regulations governing automobile sales.
- Negotiate prices and have transactions approved by sales management.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they are inspected and that buyers understand the features, warranties, and required paperwork.
- Stay up to date on new products and accessories.
- Proactively seek and attract new customers regularly.
The ideal candidate:
- Strong experience in customer service with sales objectives in the automotive industry, with knowledge of competitors, the market, and available vehicles.
- Customer-oriented with exceptional service skills, a proactive approach, and attention to customer needs.
- Quick learner with sharp analytical skills.
- Driven by ambition, results-focused, and eager to take on challenges. Enjoys sharing ideas, even bold ones.
- Persistent, resilient, and determined in overcoming challenges.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and precise.
- Strong time and priority management skills.
- Technical skills: fluency in French and English (written and spoken) and solid computer proficiency.
