We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Automotive Front Counter Sales Representative. As our Automotive Front Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service experience to all walk-in contact and phone contact customers. The Automotive Front Counter Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service to internal and external customers. We are seeking candidates who are extremely motivated and are excited about the opportunity to support all operational processes and procedures. What are your responsibilities as an Automotive Front Counter Sales Representative?
 

• Maintain friendly and frequent contact with all customers coming to counter for sales and assist with problem solving and maintaining open communication,
• Order any out of stock, special order items, create purchase orders, transfers, and follow up with customers by phone calls to completion of invoice,
• Maintain orderly files and clean records of all transactions, as well as accurate cash drawer,
• Observe changes in inventory as to ensure minimum stock levels and store showroom appearance is appropriate,
• Work with warehouse personnel to ensure tickets are printed and parts are pulled in a timely fashion to ensure customers' parts are ready in a timely fashion, and
• Assume other duties as assigned.

What is the profile we are looking for?
 

• High school diploma, or higher,
• Automotive Knowledge is a strong asset,
• Must have a customer-oriented mentality,
• Must have good communication skills (Written and Oral),
• Must have the ability to deal tactfully with customers, and
