Responsibilities :

We're looking for a Follow-up and Appointments Agent.

The Agent is responsible for following up with after-sales service customers by telephone and monitoring customer satisfaction. The position solicits customers to schedule appointments for manufacturer-recommended maintenance or to promote specials or other after-sales services.

More specifically:

- Solicit existing clientele to promote manufacturer-recommended maintenance services and, where applicable, also promote other after-sales services as directed by management;
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Actively participate in the management and updating of the customer database;
- Consult customer file history before making telephone calls;
- Produce activity reports and keep a record of telephone follow-up achievements;
- Actively participate in the development of call scenarios to achieve appointment setting objectives;
- Actively participate in managing the department's appointment scheduling;
- Follow up on files under his/her responsibility;
- Follow-up on after-sales customer calls within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Gather all necessary information from customers to monitor customer satisfaction;
- Perform other tasks as required and as directed by management.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position;
- Bilingual;
- Customer service oriented;
- Organized;
- Resourceful.
