Overview

This role reports directly to the National Fleet Manager of PepsiCo Foods Canada and will lead the day to day operations as well as support the strategic direction for Ontario Sales Fleet. You would be working closely with different stakeholders and managing multiple priorities; therefore, the successful candidate must have superior time management, interpersonal skills, and be able to make decisions independently.

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for executing all Fleet Programs in partnership with our Sales team
  • Leading a team of 7 Mechanics and 1 Fleet Coordinator (2 Garages and 3 Mobile Units)
  • Review and action Scorecards/KPI's and Safety incidents
  • Annual Strategic direction of Ontario Fleet for 450 assets
  • Communication internally and with external stakeholders
  • Design and/or execute projects to improve the efficiency of Fleet operations and meet our sustainability goals
  • Ownership of the Ontario Fleet P&L including fiscal period reporting, forecasting and annual budgets
  • Minimum 3 days in office (Brampton & Scarborough) as well as overnight travel throughout Ontario is required


Qualifications

 

  • Fleet experience an asset
  • College Degree preferable
  • Related experience in People Leadership and P&L management
  • Advanced computer knowledge required (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 365, PowerApps, PowerBI, Teams
  • Strong Interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills
  • Aptitude to learn and leverage corporate/3rd Party financial reporting and information systems.
  • Work independently under general instructions or direction.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational ability
  • Strong prioritization skills
