Job description
We are looking for a Receptionist who will also act as a Sales Secretary for our Laval dealership.
The selected candidate will have the following main duties:
As a Receptionist:
- Greet customers arriving at the dealership;
- Answering and transferring telephone calls;
- Pay invoices and issue receipts to customers;
- Receiving and distributing mail or other parcels to the appropriate people;
- Miscellaneous filing;
- Perform any other related tasks requested by management.
As an Assistant Sales Secretary:
- Stock new and used vehicles;
- Exchange vehicles between dealerships;
- Coordinate commission agents;
- Manage keys and plates.
- Other duties as required.
