Job description
We are looking for a Service Advisor.
Duties:
- Receive customers in the service department;
- Open repair and maintenance orders;
- Advise customers on maintenance work recommended by the manufacturer;
- Open and close internal repair orders and estimates;
- Monitor customer satisfaction index;
- Follow-up on parts on order;
- Perform all other administrative tasks.
If you have more than one year's experience, this is an important asset. Knowledge of the Serti computer system is also an asset.
We offer:
- A base salary with commissions (very competitive);
- A daytime schedule, from Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m;
