Service Advisor

Automotive Service Advisor:

Responsibilities are varied. Among others:

- Responsible for greeting customers and preparing repair orders for their vehicles;
- Explain to customers the nature of the maintenance or repair work to be carried out, and the deadlines involved;
- Offer safety inspection, lubrication and detailing services as required;
- Carry out summary inspections of vehicles before and after work, and make any necessary corrections.
