Parts Clerk

Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada's only national retailer AND distributor of automotive accessories. Headquartered in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 44 stores and several distribution centers across the country. A 100% Canadian company, we are celebrating our 45th anniversary this year.

We are currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join our Candiac call center. You'll be dealing with a professional clientele such as car dealers, parts stores, specialty stores, RV dealers and other automotive businesses.

Responsibilities:

- Provide the best customer experience;
- Advise and inform customers about our automotive accessories;
- Enter orders;
- Manage return requests;
- Follow-up on deliveries;
- Actively participate in the company's growth by performing related tasks.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Knowledge of the field and automotive parts is essential;
- Knowledge of automotive accessories is an important asset;
- Bilingualism (French/English);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Team spirit;
- Thoroughness, rigor and sense of responsibility.
