Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced, versatile, reliable, organized and bilingual candidate to fill an Administrative Assistant position.
No matter what sector you're from, we'll work from home.
Working closely with all employees, customers and insurance companies, the position ensures sound coordination of files.
Main duties:
- Answer the telephone;
- Open files and confirm location;
- Manage e-mail boxes;
- Follow-up with insurers;
- Help with billing;
- Perform any other related tasks.
The right person:
- Bilingualism in French and English required;
- Demonstrates a structured, efficient and professional work ethic;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Team player and collaborative;
- Experience in the automotive sector, an asset.
