Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good experience in customer service and sales;
- Bilingual (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Strong communication and sales skills;
- Focused on achieving goals and surpassing oneself.

Your main tasks:

- Scheduling appointments for maintenance services and obtaining necessary information;
- Greeting customers as they arrive and obtaining information about their car;
- Inspecting the car's body, informing customers if any work is required and having an estimate prepared;
- Recording problems with the customer's car on the repair order;
- Advising customers on the care to be given to their car and stressing the importance of maintaining it according to the manufacturer's specifications;
- Explaining the work done and all related costs;
- Billing customers;
- Establishing the method of payment for the customer;
- Carrying out other duties as required and as directed by management.
