Job description
Groupe Duclos is looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position on the service team at its Mercier dealership.
Job duties/responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers
- Confirm appointments
- Working closely with certified Chrysler service technicians
- Follow-up on manufacturer's maintenance log and suggest maintenance to be performed
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Perform other job-related tasks.
Experience as a Service Advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are assets.
