After-Sales Service Manager

we are looking for an After-Sales Service Manager.

Selection criteria:

- 10 years of experience managing a service team in a car dealership;
- Extensive experience in the inspection and reconditioning process for a large volume of used vehicle sales ( 1000 used vehicles annually);
- administrative rigor;
- Knowledge of SERTI software;
- Ability to mobilize a large team to achieve results;
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in all circumstances;
- Be highly organized and have good stress management skills;
- Know how to solve problems while remaining calm at all times;
- Have customer satisfaction at heart.
