Mission:

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our customers, supporting them in their choice of appropriate solutions and ensuring an optimal customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to customers, by phone, email, text messages or in person, answering their questions about our products/services.
- Solve technical problems encountered by customers, in collaboration with the internal team.
- Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Provide training and technical support to customers, guiding them in the optimal use of our products/services.
- Update technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Work closely with internal teams and various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ideal profile:

- Significant experience as a technical consultant, technical support or in a similar role.
- Excellent command of office tools (MS Office, CRM), Serti an asset.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong sense of customer service and autonomy.
- Good written and oral communication skills, in French and English.
- Initiative, rigor and proactivity are essential qualities for success in this position.
