Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate all work to be carried out in conjunction with the service and parts department (repairs, PDI, preparation of deliveries);
- Ensure workshop profitability and quality of work performed;
- Ensure that technicians have everything they need to carry out repairs;
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, as well as with occupational health and safety legislation;
- Foster motivation and good working relationships;
- Propose new solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Expertise in automotive mechanics with products and/or other products;
- Ability to identify, take charge of and solve problems;
- Ability to adapt and keep up to date on products to meet requirements;
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards;
- Ability to build relationships with people to facilitate problem solving;
- Expertise in electricity, electronics and vehicle diagnostics;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team;
- Experience as a shop foreman or equivalent.
