We are looking for a competent and dynamic individual to fill the position of Shop Foreman.

Responsibilities:

- Assign Technicians;
- Maintain files;
- Successfully develop the individual performance of technicians in the department, ensuring that they perform at a high level;
- Increase shop efficiency and reduce rework through quality control;
- Increase shop efficiency by monitoring performance (getting work orders out on time);
- Provide technical expertise and coaching for entry-level and intermediate technicians, as well as support for advanced technicians;
- Provide the necessary support to the service team to increase the overall efficiency of the department and ensure that unit out times are respected;
- Ensure that the workshop is kept well organized and clean.

Skills:

- Skill cards;
- Experience in a similar position for more than 5 years;
- Proactivity, interpersonal skills with a positive and committed attitude.
