Main responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the sales department by implementing processes and procedures, while leading the sales team to ensure optimal customer reception and high satisfaction levels.
- Support sales from negotiation to closing in collaboration with sales advisors and after-sales service.
- Train and guide advisors to optimize their performance and ensure customer follow-up, while encouraging continuous learning through regular meetings and manufacturer programs.
- Analyze and monitor performance, reporting to management and organizing regular meetings.
- Manage logistics, including key security and vehicle availability.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Collaborate with the service manager to ensure the timely preparation of vehicles for delivery.
- Meet with the general manager to analyze monthly forecasts and performance reports for the department and sales team.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Training

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele.
- Advanced skills in sales, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and exemplary customer service.
