Position: Receptionist
Dealership: 401 Dixie Hyundai 
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Classification: Full Time, Onsite, **Immediate Vacancy**
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 
Days/Hours: Monday to Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Your area of focus.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist - Inventory & Licensing. This role combines traditional reception duties with key responsibilities in vehicle inventory management and licensing, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a diverse and engaging position.

What drives your day-to-day? 

Reception:
 

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Answer and direct phone calls
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  5. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed


Licensing:
 

  1. Process vehicle licensing and registration paperwork
  2. Maintain accurate records of licensing transactions
  3. Liaise with licensing authorities and customers
  4. Stay up-to-date on licensing regulations and requirements
  5. Process transactions through the Digital Dealer Registration (DDR) system
  6. Maintain accurate logs for dealership plates


Vehicle Inventory Management:
 

  1. Stock incoming vehicles in the dealership management system
  2. Create vehicle pouches and key tags
  3. Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records
  4. Promptly inform sales, service, and accounting departments of vehicle arrivals


What are the must-haves... 
 

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Familiarity with vehicle licensing procedures is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to self-learn and adapt to new information and procedures
  • You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Bilingual (English & French) is preferred as this role can require communication in French and English)
