Your mission:

- Enter and process invoices and payments;
- Follow up accounts payable and/or accounts receivable;
- Perform daily bank reconciliation;
- Issue cheques to suppliers;
- Transmit sales documents to financial institutions for disbursement;
- Reconcile cash register (point of sale) and record daily and weekly deposits;
- Prepare sales reps' commissions and balance sales contracts;
- Manage gas invoices;
- Filing documents;
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data;
- Perform any other duties related to the position.

What we're looking for:

- Accounting training or 2 years of equivalent experience in the automotive field;
- Proficiency in Serti/Merlin software (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of Excel;
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and an analytical mind;
- Ability and interest in working independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
