Service Advisor

Chaput Automobile, an automotive dealership that offers new and pre-owned Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles, is looking for an experienced candidate who wants to evolve within a company that offers its employees good working conditions.

Having been in business for over 75 years, the company offers several services (e.g.: parts, service department, bodywork, etc.) and has a loyal and pleasant clientele. It is made up of experienced employees who are dedicated to the company’s success!

We are looking for a candidate with a sales profile in order to offer customers the right maintenance services and additional work. Customer service must be a priority for this candidate. Knowledge of Serti software will be considered an asset and knowledge in mechanics is required.

As part of the duties, the candidate will have to:

- Greet the workshop’s customers;
- Open work orders and follow-up on work in progress;
- Serve as a link between the workshop and the client;
- Perform billing;
- Perform any other related task.
