As a Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, ensuring smooth communication between our customers and our team of mechanics. Your mission will be to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied, while optimizing maintenance and repair services.

Your missions:

Exceptional customer service:

- Provide personalized, quality service, always listening to the needs of our customers and their vehicles.
- Respond quickly to requests, whether by telephone or in person.
- Propose appropriate solutions and guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
- Suggest improvements to make every visit even more enjoyable.
- Manage customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with customers throughout the repair process.

Optimized management of interventions:

- Create and analyze repair orders with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Estimate the cost and duration of interventions, while ensuring that the final invoice corresponds to the estimate, and that deadlines are met.
- Liaise between customers and the technical team to ensure smooth management of repairs.
- Plan interventions to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.
- Use modern management software to track progress.
- Participate in training and coaching to hone your skills and develop your role.
- Propose innovative ideas to improve profitability and increase sales.
- Comply with our safety and organization policies to ensure an optimal working environment.

What we're looking for:

- A passion for customer service and the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive market trends and vehicle mechanical components.
- Fluency with digital tools and order and repair management software.
- Experience in an auto center or similar environment (an asset).
- A valid driver's license.
