In a car dealership, the Assistant Sales Manager is a highly qualified professional responsible for assisting the Sales Manager with general supervision, team supervision, sales training and coordination of automotive sales activities.

The candidate's main role is to support the Sales Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

What are the tasks and objectives of an Assistant Sales Manager?

The main tasks and objectives of an Assistant Sales Manager include:

- Developing sales objectives and action plans with the sales manager;
- Keeping abreast of new developments to better manage sales training;
- Sales team supervision and coaching to ensure optimal performance;
- Participate in the design and implementation of effective sales strategies;
- Analyze sales results and propose adjustments where necessary;
- Ensure regular follow-up of activix customers and prospects to maximize sales opportunities;
- Manage vehicle displays;
- Perform any other related tasks.
