Job description

IA Services aux concessionnaires is looking for a Consultant to join the Québe area's csales team.

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, the Consultant is responsible for maximizing the performance of assigned dealerships. This person supports clients in various ways to optimize their efficiency and maintains excellent business relationships.

Main responsibilities - consulting:

- Establishing a plan of action tailored to the client's needs;
- Preparing carefully and in advance the visits to retailers using the meeting planning tool provided for this purpose;
- Visiting each retailer at the required frequency according to the segmentation;
- Meeting with the appropriate people at the retailer's location (using the visit presentation document);
- Filling out visit reports on Fridays and place a copy in the appropriate locations;
- Contributing to the efficiency of the retailer's operations as required.

Key responsibilities - sales and representation:

- Taking a consultative approach;
- Keeping abreast of market activities and brief the appropriate people.

Key responsibilities - individual training:

- Providing one-on-one training to Financial & Insurance Managers in accordance with P.A.C.T.E./Lean;
- Advising of any training needs;
- Registering Financial & Insurance Managers for training as required;
- Ensuring the smooth integration of new Financial & Insurance Managers;
- Ensuring compliance with Bill 188;
- Identifying targeted accounts and implementing appropriate strategies;
- Verifying the accuracy of premiums generated by the retailer's software(s);
- Ensuring weekly entry of sales figures into UnifIe;
- Filling out and submitting visit reports in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities - UnifIe 2.0:

- Ensuring the installation of the platform;
- Establishing the action plan to facilitate the deployment;
- Planning the training at the retailer's site to optimize the integration;
- Ensuring the understanding of the platform;
- Following-up on usage performance.

Key responsibilities - internal administration:

- Filling out / retrieving and reporting all documents required for iA Services administrative follow-ups to dealerships;
- Working as a team with all iA Dealer Services stakeholders.
