Job Responsibilities:
As a Lot Attendant, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Safely operating a forklift and/or towing vehicles as needed.
- Organizing and maintaining the lot to ensure efficient and safe movement of RVs (Motorhomes, Trailers, Campers).
- Assisting the service department by ensuring RVs are delivered to the correct service bays and keeping the lot clear of debris.
- Ensuring all slides, jacks, and compartment doors are secured before moving units.
- Helping maintain customer parking and managing unit flow in and out of the shop.
- Delivering customer units to off-site facilities and picking up units within the region.
- Reporting any lot damage, building exterior issues, or maintenance needs to the GM immediately.
- Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or sales manager.
Requirements:
- High school education or related experience.
- Clean driver's abstract and a Class 5 driver's license (attach a copy with your resume).
- Valid Forklift Operator's ticket (with relevant experience).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work evenings until 5:00 PM and Saturdays as per department schedule.
- Strong organizational and priority-setting skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
