Responsibilities:
- Communicate Relectric's organizational direction and technical project goals to executive team members.
- Manage internal timelines and allocate appropriate resources to achieve project deadlines.
- Engage with the Engineering Society, alumni networks, and Smith Engineering to ensure that Relectric's operations are well-aligned with stakeholder interests.
- Engage with off-campus parties, such as sponsors and local auto-shops, to advance current funding and/or sourcing partnerships.
- Showcase Relectric's mission and technical progress at conferences, speaker panels, etc.
- Provide technical support to sub-teams when necessary.
- Provide business direction for Finance, Marketing, and Logistics teams.
Assets:
- Strong passion for the automotive industry.
- Interpersonal and management skills.
- Strong initiative skills with appreciation for long-term goals.
- Strong understanding of Relectric's technical projects and ability to contribute meaningfully to the development of Mechanical, Electrical, and Thermal sub-systems.
