Claims Agent / Service Assistant

We're looking for an attentive, hardworking individual to join the Service Department team at A. Chalut auto ltée. The Service Assistant works mainly at the computer and is in contact with customers, Service Advisors and Mechanics.

The position is full-time, daytime, from Monday to Friday.

Main duties include:

- Closing files;
- Submit daily claims within a specific timeframe;
- Charge customers;
- Filing files;
- Follow-up on courtesy vehicles;
- Assist department manager;
- Perform other related duties.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Organized;
- Diligent;
- At ease with people;
- Comfortable working with computers.

Experience:

- Experience as a Service Assistant or Claims Manager or in a related position in the service department;
- Administrative work, filing;
- Customer service.

Salary to be discussed based on experience.
